NHS Policies
We have a limited NHS contract to provide NHS services. We are unable to accept any new NHS patients. We will continue to see existing NHS patients as long as they have been seen within the last 3 years. We are unable to offer NHS services to patients who fail to attend appointments or have not been seen within a 3 year period. It is ultimately your responsibility to attend appointments. Failure to attend may see you being removed from our NHS list.

Missed appointments costs the NHS millions each year, it also puts extra pressure on the Dentists to cope with their work load when people do not attend when planned to do so. If you cannot attend we simply ask for 24 hours notice but if you fail to attend twice to see the Dentist then we will remove you from the NHS list so we can offer your place to a patient that will attend.
